A hydraulic control system of an empty shunting locomotive comprises a hydraulic station at the top of an empty shunting locomotive body, an oil tank, an oil pump, a first integrated valve block and a second integrated valve block are arranged in the hydraulic station, an oil inlet of the oil pump is communicated with an oil outlet of the oil tank, and an oil outlet of the oil pump is communicated with oil inlets of the first integrated valve block and the second integrated valve block at the same time. Oil outlets of the first integrated valve block and the second integrated valve block are communicated with the oil tank, and two working oil ports of the first integrated valve block are used for controlling the action of the swing oil cylinder so as to control the action of two pitching arms of the empty shunting locomotive; a pressure reducing valve is arranged in the second integrated valve block, high-pressure hydraulic oil flowing into the second integrated valve block enters a bolt oil cylinder after being subjected to pressure reduction through the pressure reducing valve, and a coupler on the top of a pitching arm of the empty shunting locomotive is controlled to act through the bolt oil cylinder. According to the design, the hydraulic control system can be suitable for the empty car shunting locomotive which gives consideration to car pushing operation of two empty car lines, and the structure is simple.
一种空车调车机的液压控制系统,包括空车调车机车体顶部的液压站,液压站内部设置有油箱、油泵、第一集成阀块、第二集成阀块,油泵的进油口与油箱的出油口连通,油泵的出油口同时与第一集成阀块、第二集成阀块的进油口连通,第一集成阀块、第二集成阀块的出油口与油箱连通,第一集成阀块的两个工作油口用于控制摆动油缸动作,进而控制空车调车机的两个俯仰臂动作;第二集成阀块内设置有减压阀,流入第二集成阀块的高压液压油经减压阀减压后进入插销油缸,并通过插销油缸控制空车调车机的俯仰臂顶部的车钩动作。本设计不仅中的液压控制系统能适用于兼顾两路空车线的推车作业的空车调车机,且结构简单。
