The invention discloses a debugging method and a detection device for accurate positioning of a cargo carrying table of a stereoscopic warehouse, the cargo carrying table is provided with a pallet fork, the pallet fork is provided with a storage location detection sensor, and the method comprises the following steps: determining an initial positioning coordinate of each cargo lattice according to the theoretical size of a goods shelf and storing the initial positioning coordinate in a controller; the controller receives the serial number of the to-be-tested goods grid sent by the upper computer, and the controller calls the initial positioning coordinate of the to-be-tested goods grid; the controller controls the cargo carrying table to move to the front of the to-be-detected cargo lattice according to the initial positioning coordinates of the to-be-detected cargo lattice, then the pallet fork extends out of the storage location detection sensor to measure the current distance between the pallet fork and the inner frame of the to-be-detected cargo lattice, and the current distance is the distance in the vertical plane; calculating adjustment data in the X direction and the Y direction according to the safety distance when the goods are taken and placed, and obtaining a fine positioning coordinate of the to-be-detected goods grid; and the fine positioning coordinates of each goods lattice are measured in sequence. Therefore, various factors influencing interference between the goods and the goods shelf can be comprehensively considered in the debugging process of the goods carrying table, and accurate positioning data of the goods carrying table can be obtained.

    一种立体仓库载货台精确定位的调试方法及探测装置,载货台上设置有货叉,货叉上安装有库位探测传感器,方法包括:根据货架的理论尺寸确定每个货格的初定位坐标并存储于控制器中;控制器接受上位机发送的待测货格编号,控制器调用待测货格的初定位坐标;控制器根据待测货格的初定位坐标控制载货台移动至待测货格前方,然后货叉伸出库位探测传感器测量货叉与待测货格内边框的当前距离,当前距离为垂面内距离;根据货物取放时的安全距离计算X方向和Y方向调节数据,得到待测货格的精定位坐标;依次测得每一个货格的精定位坐标。从而使载货台的调试过程中可以综合考虑多种影响货物与货架发生干涉的因素,获得载货台的精确定位数据。
