The invention discloses a deviation rectifying method applied to winding and unwinding of a cable of an electromechanical winch. The deviation rectifying method comprises the following steps that the initial number of turns of a cable storage motor encoder, the initial number of turns of a cable arrangement motor encoder, the single-layer number of turns of the cable storage motor encoder and the single-layer number of turns of the cable arrangement motor encoder are determined; the PLC reads the current number of turns of a cable storage motor encoder and the current number of turns of a cable arrangement motor encoder; the PLC calculates the number of relative turns of the cable storage motors of different cable storage layers; the PLC calculates the relative number of turns of the cable arrangement motor encoder according to the current number of turns of the cable arrangement motor encoder, the initial number of turns of the cable arrangement motor encoder and the single-layer number of turns of the cable arrangement motor encoder; the PLC calculates the number of deviation turns according to the relative number of turns of the cable storage motor encoder, the relative number of turns of the cable arrangement motor encoder, the reduction ratio of the cable storage motor and the reduction ratio of the cable arrangement motor; and the PLC controls the cable arrangement motor to rectify the deviation according to the deviation turn number. The deviation direction of the cable can be detected in real time according to the motor encoder, and deviation correction is carried out.

    本发明公开了一种应用于机电绞车缆绳收放的纠偏方法,包括如下步骤:确定储缆电机编码器初始圈数、排缆电机编码器初始圈数、储缆电机编码器单层圈数和排缆电机编码器单层圈数;PLC读取储缆电机编码器当前圈数与排缆电机编码器当前圈数;PLC计算不同储缆层数的储缆电机相对圈数;PLC根据排缆电机编码器当前圈数、排缆电机编码器初始圈数和排缆电机编码器单层圈数,计算排缆电机编码器相对圈数;PLC根据储缆电机编码器相对圈数、排缆电机编码器相对圈数、储缆电机减速比和排缆电机减速比计算偏离圈数;PLC根据偏离圈数控制排缆电机进行纠偏。本发明可以根据电机编码器实时检测缆绳的偏离方向并进行纠偏。
