The invention provides a plate feeding device and method. The plate feeding device comprises a trolley frame, a hoisting assembly and a walking driving mechanism, and the hoisting assembly comprises at least two horizontal transverse moving hoisting assemblies and at least one lifting transverse moving hoisting assembly which are fixed to the trolley frame and arranged in the X direction; the visual identification technology is combined, the number and positions of lifting points are automatically determined according to the curve plate line shape, meanwhile, the lifting advancing distance of the curve plate is sensed and monitored in real time, and the lifting point height is automatically adjusted. The problem that a traditional lifting rope cannot reach the position where a lifting point is located at the large linear position of the edge of the bent plate is solved by means of the lifting transverse moving lifting assembly, and it is guaranteed that all the lifting points can be adsorbed to the surface of the bent plate. If the bent plate is too long, two sets of trolleys can be adopted, the horizontal transverse moving hoisting assemblies of the two sets of trolleys are oppositely connected, hoisting of the too long bent plate is achieved, the stability, reliability and intellectualization in the hoisting operation process are achieved, the universality is high, and the working efficiency is effectively improved.

    本发明提供一种板材送料装置及送料方法,该板材送料装置包括小车框架、吊装组件及行走驱动机构,吊装组件包括固定在小车框架上并沿X方向排布的至少两套水平横移吊装组件及至少一套升降横移吊装组件;结合视觉识别技术,根据曲板线形,自动确定吊点数量和位置,同时实时对曲板吊装行进距离感知监控,自动调节吊点高度。本发明利用一组可升降的横移吊装组件,解决了吊点在曲板边缘线形较大处,传统吊绳无法到达的问题,保证了各吊点均能吸附到曲板表面。如果曲板过长,可以采取两组小车,两组小车的水平横移吊装组件相向连接,实现过长曲板的吊装,本专利实现了吊运作业过程的稳定性、可靠性、智能化,通用性强,有效提高工作效率。
