    本发明提供一种斗杆后轴座吊组工装及方法,涉及挖掘机装配技术领域,包括:销轴,用于同轴配合后轴座的轴孔,销轴外圆周面可拆卸配合用于抵接后轴座端面的止挡;吊杆,一端可拆卸连接于销轴一端,另一端延伸至销轴外圆周面外,并形成吊装连接部;调位件,包括调位杆和锁止件,吊杆上设有滑槽,调位杆一端通过锁止件安装于滑槽,调位杆用于抵接后轴座的耳部以定位后轴座的环向姿态;针对目前后轴座吊组时姿态不便控制的问题,采用销轴上的止挡定位轴向位置、采用调位杆定位后轴座环向姿态的方式解决,能够使后轴座以所需的姿态吊运就位,提高吊装精度以保证后续装配精度、加工效率。
