The heavy-load lifting platform complete equipment comprises an outer frame, a hanging basket and a lifting system, the hanging basket is located in the outer frame and can vertically move up and down in the outer frame along the outer frame, the lifting system is installed on the top of the outer frame and used for controlling lifting movement of the hanging basket, and the outer frame is of a multi-span continuous structure in the length direction.     本发明公开了一种重载升降平台成套装置,包括外框架、吊篮和升降系统,吊篮位于外框架内部,可沿着外框架在其内部上下垂直移动,升降系统安装在外框架的顶部用来控制吊篮的升降移动,所述外框架其长度方向为多跨连续结构,宽度方向为单跨结构。本发明可将工程常用重载车辆及吊装机械快速提升至施工作业面,避免搭设钢栈桥,减小了占地面积,降低了施工周期,节约了施工成本;与传统升降平台相比,本发明不仅拓展了升降装置的使用范围,同时将卷扬机改为安装在框架顶部,将滑轮组布置在横梁两端,减少了钢丝绳的用量及导向措施,降低了卷扬机的使用功率,改善了提升过程中吊篮抗侧移稳定性;该重载升降平台成套装置可快速安拆,重复投入使用,符合建筑工业化的发展要求。
