The vehicle-mounted unmanned aerial vehicle take-off and landing system comprises a lifting device, a vehicle front cover and an opening and closing device. The bottom of the lifting device is suitable for being connected with the bottom of a front trunk of a vehicle, and the top of the lifting device is suitable for bearing a vehicle-mounted unmanned aerial vehicle. The vehicle front cover is provided with a lifting opening, and the lifting opening is suitable for being communicated with the interior of the front trunk. The opening and closing device comprises a driving assembly and a cover plate assembly, and the driving assembly is used for driving the cover plate assembly to move to a closing position covering the lifting opening or driving the cover plate assembly to move to an opening position opening the lifting opening. When the lifting opening is opened, the lifting opening provides a lifting channel for the lifting device. According to the technical scheme, the applicability of the vehicle-mounted unmanned aerial vehicle and the safety of vehicle driving can be improved at the same time.
