The invention discloses an expandable modular thin shell structure for on-orbit assembly, and belongs to the technical field of truss structures for space on-orbit assembly, the expandable modular thin shell structure is formed by connecting six module units, and each module unit comprises a carbon fiber thin shell, a driving motor, a rotating shaft, a limiting cover, a connector and a shell; the adjacent module units are connected through an expandable carbon fiber thin shell to form an equilateral hexagonal truss structure; each module unit controls the unfolding length of the thin shell through a built-in motor, and the size of the hexagonal truss can be flexibly changed. The flexibility and the space utilization rate of the truss structure are improved, and the problems that a traditional truss structure needs a large carrying space and is difficult to assemble on orbit can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种用于在轨组装的可展开模块化薄壳结构,属于太空在轨组装的桁架结构技术领域,本发明可展开模块化薄壳结构由六个模块单元连接而成,模块单元包括碳纤维薄壳,驱动电机,转轴,限位盖,连接器,外壳;相邻的模块单元之间通过可展开的碳纤维薄壳连接,构成一个等边六边形的桁架结构;各模块单元通过内置电机控制薄壳展开长度,可灵活改变六边形桁架的大小。本发明提高了桁架结构的灵活性和空间利用率,能够解决传统桁架结构所需运载空间大,在轨组装难的问题。
