The invention discloses a ship waste heat gradient utilization humidifying and dehumidifying seawater desalination system and an operation method thereof. The system comprises a ship waste heat gradient utilization system, a compression heat pump system and a humidifying and dehumidifying seawater desalination system, according to the method, seawater is heated by ship cylinder sleeve cooling water, and preheated air is discharged after heat and mass transfer with air in the humidifier. Circulating air is subjected to enthalpy increasing and humidifying in the humidifier to become hot and humid air, then the hot and humid air is sequentially cooled and dehumidified step by step through the dehumidifier and the evaporator to generate condensate water, and the condensate water enters the humidifier to serve as a carrier of water vapor after being heated step by step through the preheater, the condenser and the cylinder sleeve cooling water. The ship cylinder sleeve cooling water is used for heating air and seawater step by step, the temperature limitation of the seawater is met, meanwhile, the high-temperature state of the air and the seawater entering the humidifier is maintained to the maximum degree, and therefore the mass transfer process is promoted. Meanwhile, the coupling of the heat pump system further improves the humidifying and dehumidifying performance of the system, and enhances the stability and fresh water yield of the system.
本发明公开了一种船舶余热梯级利用的增湿除湿海水淡化系统及其操作方法,所述系统包括船舶余热梯级利用系统、压缩式热泵系统以及增湿除湿海水淡化系统;所述方法是海水由船舶缸套冷却水加热,在增湿器内与空气热质交换后预热空气排出。循环空气则在增湿器内增焓加湿变成热湿空气,然后依次经除湿器和蒸发器逐级降温除湿后产生冷凝水,再经预热器、冷凝器、缸套冷却水逐级加热后进入增湿器充当水蒸气的载体。本发明利用船舶缸套冷却水逐级加热空气和海水,满足海水温度限制的同时,最大限度地维持进入增湿器的空气和海水的高温状态,从而促进传质过程。同时,热泵系统的耦合进一步提升了系统增湿和除湿性能,增强了系统的稳定性和淡水产量。
