The photovoltaic bearing platform comprises an upper supporting structure used for supporting a photovoltaic panel; the lower floating body structure is arranged at the bottom of the upper supporting structure to support the upper supporting structure, and the lower floating body structure can float on the sea surface; the lower floating body structure comprises a top frame, a bottom frame and a plurality of stand columns connecting the top frame and the bottom frame, the top frame comprises a plurality of top beams and upper connecting pieces connecting every two adjacent top beams, the bottom frame comprises a plurality of bottom beams and lower connecting pieces connecting every two adjacent bottom beams, the upper connecting pieces are further connected with the tops of the corresponding stand columns, and the lower connecting pieces are further connected with the tops of the corresponding stand columns. The lower connecting pieces are further connected with the bottoms of the corresponding stand columns. The stand columns, the top beam and the bottom beam are made of bamboo-based composite materials, and the upper connecting piece and the lower connecting piece are made of steel.
