The desktop fixing system comprises a rear guide rail, a front guide rail, a right guide rail, a left guide rail, a connecting plate structure, a first fastening connecting piece, a clamp structure and a second fastening connecting piece, the front and rear ends of the left and right guide rails are respectively connected with the front and rear guide rails; the front guide rail is fixed with the front end edge of the laboratory desktop, the rear guide rail is fixed with the rear end baffle of the laboratory desktop, and the left guide rail and the right guide rail are fixedly connected with the front guide rail and the rear guide rail through connecting plate structures and first fastening connecting pieces; positions of the rear guide rail, the front guide rail, the right guide rail, the left guide rail and the clamp structure are adjusted to adapt to fixing of laboratory equipment in different shapes; and the group of clamp structures and the corresponding second fastening connecting pieces are symmetrically and fixedly connected with the left guide rail and the right guide rail.
