The embodiment of the invention provides an integrated instrument system and an electric bicycle. The integrated instrument system comprises a microcontroller, the microcontroller comprises a plurality of key signal receiving interfaces used for receiving key trigger signals, and the key trigger signals are used for indicating that corresponding keys in a plurality of keys on the electric bicycle are triggered; and the first detection circuit is coupled between at least two keys in the plurality of keys and a first interface in the plurality of key signal receiving interfaces, and the first detection circuit is configured to provide key trigger signals at different voltage levels for the first interface under the condition that different keys in the at least two keys are respectively triggered. According to the integrated instrument system disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the key trigger signals related to the at least two keys can be transmitted to the single interface on the microcontroller, so that interface resources on the integrated instrument system can be saved, the wiring harness connection and whole vehicle wiring complexity can be reduced, and the stability of the system can be improved.
