The invention relates to an active pressure buildup method and system using an Ibooster controller. The method comprises the steps that target brake pressure is obtained; calculating target flow of brake fluid in a pipeline according to the target brake pressure; liquid inlet valves corresponding to the wheels needing to be braked are controlled to be opened; liquid inlet valves corresponding to the wheels which do not need to be braked are controlled to be closed; and an Ibooster controller is adopted to pressurize the braking system according to the target flow. By means of the technical scheme, according to the active pressure building method and system utilizing the Ibooster controller, the Ibooster controller and the ESP system are combined, active pressure building and cooperative control over the liquid inlet valve are carried out on the combined active pressure building system, a USV valve system and an HSV valve system in the ESP hydraulic system are omitted, and therefore the working efficiency is improved. And high-efficiency control of the ESP system on the vehicle is realized with relatively low hardware cost. Moreover, due to the characteristic of precise control of the Ibooster controller, the active voltage buildup precision of the VDC can be improved.

    本发明涉及一种利用Ibooster控制器的主动建压方法及系统,包括:获取目标制动压力;根据所述目标制动压力计算制动液在管路中的目标流量;控制需要制动的车轮对应的进液阀打开;控制不需要制动的车轮对应的进液阀关闭;采用Ibooster控制器根据所述目标流量对制动系统进行增压。通过上述技术方案,本发明提供的利用Ibooster控制器的主动建压方法及系统通过将Ibooster控制器和ESP系统结合,并针对结合后的主动建压系统进行主动建压和进液阀的协同控制,省去ESP液压系统中的USV阀系和HSV阀系,以较低的硬件成本实现了ESP系统对车辆的高效率控制。并且,由于Ibooster控制器本身的精确控制的特点,会提高VDC主动建压精度。
