According to the electrically-controlled dynamic voltage buildup module provided by the invention, a hollow motor design scheme is adopted, a sun gear of a planetary gear mechanism is arranged on a hollow motor rotor, a planet carrier of the planetary gear mechanism is rigidly connected with a lead screw shaft, a ball screw nut does linear motion, and a rotation stopping guide structure is designed between the ball screw nut and a fixing plate; the fixing plate supports one end of the motor rotor, and the lead screw shaft and the planet carrier support the other end of the motor rotor. A stress bearing is designed in the motor, the stress bearing is connected with the lead screw shaft and the planet carrier, and the force hydraulically counteracted on the piston acts on the stress bearing through the lead screw shaft; the planetary gear mechanism is arranged at the tail end of the motor, the ball screw nut is arranged in the hollow shaft of the motor rotor, the axial size of module parts is designed in a radial superposition mode, the length of a product is shortened, the occupied space is reduced, the structure is compact, the weight is light, and vehicle body space arrangement is better facilitated.

    本发明提供一种电控制动建压模块,通过采用中空电机设计方案,中空的电机转子上设有行星齿轮机构的太阳轮,行星齿轮机构的行星架与丝杠轴刚性连接,滚珠丝杠螺母作直线运动且与固定板之间设计有止转导向结构,固定板同时是电机转子一端的支撑,丝杠轴及行星架作为电机转子的另一端支撑;电机内部设计有受力轴承,受力轴承与丝杠轴及行星架连接,液压反作用于活塞之上的力通过丝杠轴作用于受力轴承之上;行星齿轮机构置于电机的尾端、滚珠丝杠螺母置于电机转子空心轴的内部,该模块零件的轴向尺寸径向叠加设计,缩短了产品的长度,减小占用的空间,结构紧凑,重量轻,更利于车身空间布置。
