The invention discloses a rearview mirror heating method, device and equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that when the parking environment of a vehicle is outdoor, an image of a rearview mirror is acquired; analyzing the image to obtain the icing grade of the movable part in the rearview mirror; determining target heating time based on the icing grade; and heating the movable part based on the target heating time. Therefore, the risk that the movable part in the electric outside rear-view mirror is frozen can be effectively prevented.
