The invention provides a method for rapidly and efficiently fixing and loading C-shaped reinforcing meshes. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a supporting frame 1 and an adjusting frame 2 are manufactured according to design parameters; s2, the supporting frame 1 and the adjusting frame 2 are pre-assembled through a bolt 3 and a nut 4 to form a clamping area 5, and then the whole clamping area 5 is installed on a transport vehicle 6; s3, after the supporting frame 1 is fixed, the C-shaped reinforcing mesh 8 is taken out from the stacking point through the lifting appliance 7 and the lifting cable 9 and then is lifted into the clamping area 5; s4, the position of the adjusting frame 2 is adjusted until the width of the clamping area 5 meets the locking requirement of the C-shaped reinforcing mesh 8, and then the adjusting frame 2 is fixed; s5, the two sides of the C-shaped reinforcing mesh 8 are fixedly connected with a transport vehicle 6 through a chain block 10 and a cable rope 11; and S6, connection between the C-shaped reinforcing mesh 8 and the lifting appliance 7 is relieved, and the lifting appliance 7 is adjusted to the safe position. The reinforcing mesh loading device is high in adaptability and easy to operate, the loading efficiency of various reinforcing meshes can be improved, and the loading quality is guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种C型钢筋网片快速高效固定装车的方法,包括以下步骤:S1、根据设计参数完成支撑架1和调整架2的制作;S2、将支撑架1和调整架2通过螺栓3与螺母4进行预拼装形成夹持区5,然后整体安装到运输车6上;S3、固定支撑架1后,利用吊具7和吊索9将C型钢筋网片8从堆放点取出,然后吊放到夹持区5内;S4、调整调整架2的位置,直至夹持区5的宽度满足C型钢筋网片8的锁止需要,然后将调整架2固定;S5、在C型钢筋网片8的两侧通过手拉葫芦10和缆风绳11与运输车6连接固定;S6、解除C型钢筋网片8和吊具7之间的连接,将吊具7调离至安全位置。本发明适应能力强,操作简单,能提高多种钢筋网片的装车效率,保证装车质量。
