The energy flow system comprises a lithium ion battery, a motor, a CO2 compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a front-end water radiator, an indoor heat exchanger, a battery cooler, a four-way reversing valve, a heat regenerator, a first electronic expansion valve, a second electronic expansion valve, a first electronic water pump, a second electronic water pump, an indoor fan, an outdoor fan and a gas-liquid separator. In the control method, controlled parts comprise a CO2 compressor, a first electronic expansion valve, a second electronic expansion valve, a first electronic water pump, a second electronic water pump, an indoor fan and an outdoor fan. In the technical scheme provided by the invention, different requirements of a battery, a motor and a passenger compartment are considered as a whole, and comprehensive control is carried out in combination with the characteristics of the transcritical CO2 cycle, so that the whole vehicle performance of the new energy vehicle can be improved in all directions.
