The invention discloses a production method of a high-strength light-weight rim. The production method comprises the following steps that a rim unit cylindrical blank is prepared; the edge of one end of the rim unit cylindrical blank is turned outwards to form a turned edge A; the inner diameter of a cylinder opening in one end of the annular sleeve blank is matched with the outer diameter of the rim cylindrical blank, and the other end of the annular sleeve blank is an annular boss which is coaxially arranged and protrudes outwards; the annular boss is machined to form a coaxial tire mounting surface, and an annular sleeve is obtained; the annular sleeve is arranged on the rim unit cylindrical blank in a sleeving manner, so that a cylinder opening at one end of a tread is in contact with the turned-over edge A; the edge of the turned edge A is in contact and fixed with the tire mounting surface after being turned over; the end, away from the flanging A, of the rim unit cylindrical blank is folded inwards to form a flanging B; and the two rim unit cylindrical blanks are spliced and fixed into the rim through the turned-over edges B. According to the process, the production method of the high-strength light-weight rim has few production procedures, and rapid production of enterprises is facilitated; and the production cost investment is relatively low.

    本发明公开了一种高强度轻量化轮辋的生产方法,包括以下步骤:制备得到轮辋单元筒形坯料;将轮辋单元筒形坯料一端边沿向外翻折形成翻边A;将环形套坯料加工成一端筒口内径与轮辋筒形坯料的外径匹配、另一端为同轴心设置的向外凸出的环形凸台;将环形凸台加工形成同轴心的装胎面,得到环形套;环形套套置于轮辋单元筒形坯料,使装胎面一端的筒口与翻边A接触;翻边A的边沿翻折后与装胎面接触并固定;将轮辋单元筒形坯料远离翻边A一端向内翻折形成翻边B;通过翻边B将两个轮辋单元筒形坯料拼接固定为轮辋。从上述过程可知,本发明的高强度轻量化轮辋的生产方法,生产工序很少、便于企业的快速生产;生产成本投入相对较小。
