A flyback power supply under-voltage protection circuit of a new energy vehicle motor controller is characterized in that an input circuit is connected with a power supply, a primary winding of a transformer is connected with a low-voltage side control circuit through the input circuit, a secondary side of the transformer comprises five secondary windings, and the first secondary winding, the second secondary winding and the third secondary winding are respectively connected with a three-phase upper bridge output circuit. Each phase of output circuit in the three-phase upper-bridge output circuit has the same structure and comprises a first voltage division circuit and an upper-bridge MOS (Metal Oxide Semiconductor) tube control circuit, after the positive electrode and the negative electrode of each secondary winding are subjected to voltage division through the first voltage division circuit, one path outputs negative voltage, and the other path outputs positive voltage through the upper-bridge MOS tube control circuit; the fourth secondary winding is connected with a lower bridge output circuit, the lower bridge output circuit comprises a second voltage division circuit and a three-phase lower bridge MOS tube control circuit, after the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the fourth secondary winding are subjected to voltage division through the second voltage division circuit, one path outputs negative voltage, and the other path outputs positive voltage through the three-phase lower bridge MOS tube control circuit; and the fifth secondary winding is connected with the low-voltage side control circuit through the feedback circuit.

    一种新能源车电机控制器的反激电源欠压保护电路,输入电路连供电电源,变压器原边绕组通过输入电路连低压侧控制电路,变压器副边包括五个副边绕组,其中,第一、第二、第三副边绕组分别连三相上桥输出电路,三相上桥输出电路中各相输出电路结构相同,均包括第一分压电路、上桥MOS管控制电路,各副边绕组正负极经第一分压电路分压后,一路输出负电压,另一路经上桥MOS管控制电路输出正电压;第四副边绕组连下桥输出电路,下桥输出电路包括第二分压电路、三相下桥MOS管控制电路,第四副边绕组正负极经第二分压电路分压后,一路输出负电压,另一路经三相下桥MOS管控制电路分别输出正电压;第五副边绕组通过反馈电路连低压侧控制电路。
