The invention relates to a novel electrode connecting terminal for a charging pile, which is characterized in that a second connecting end is inserted into a through hole of a first connecting end, so that the second connecting end and the first connecting end are arranged at a vertical angle, the first connecting end and the second connecting end are pre-connected, and then the first connecting end and the second connecting end are fixed through cold forging; and under the cold forging process, the fixed end is flattened, the fixed end and the second connecting end are promoted to form extrusion fixation, the first connecting end and the second connecting end are integrally fixed through the fixed end, and then a wire is inserted into a first through hole of the first connecting end and a second through hole of the second connecting end, so that the first connecting end and the second connecting end are fixed. The electric wires are respectively fixed with the first connecting end and the second connecting end through cold forging, traditional bolt fixation is abandoned, and particularly when a plurality of contacts are connected, the electric wires of the first connecting end and the second connecting end can be directly connected through cold forging, so that not only is the production process optimized, but also the later transportation is avoided, and the production efficiency is improved. And the loosening risk caused by bolt vibration is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种充电桩用新型电极连接端子,将第二连接端插入第一连接端的通孔处,使得第二连接端与第一连接端呈垂直角度设置,并完成第一连接端和第二连接端的预连接,再通过冷锻形成第一连接端和第二连接端的固定,并在冷锻的工艺下,固定端扁平化,促使固定端与第二连接端形成挤压固定,通过固定端将第一连接端和第二连接端形成一体式固定,再将电线通过插入所述第一连接端的第一通孔和第二连接端的第二通孔处,利用冷锻将电线分别与所述第一连接端和第二连接端进行固定,摈弃了传统螺栓固定,尤其在多个触点连接时,能够直接通过冷锻将第一连接端和第二连接端的电线连接,不仅优化了生产工艺,且避免了后期运输上,螺栓振动发生松动的风险。
