The invention discloses a high-power integrated vehicle fuel cell system, and relates to the technical field of fuel cell systems. Comprising a shell, an electric pile assembly is installed on the inner side of the shell, a plurality of fixing supports are arranged on the shell, and a shell exhaust port is formed in the shell; the air inlet, water inlet and hydrogen outlet plate block is arranged on one side of the electric pile assembly, an air inlet temperature sensor and a water outlet temperature and pressure sensor are integrated on the air inlet, water inlet and hydrogen outlet plate block, and a pipeline connected with the electric pile assembly is omitted; and the back pressure valve is arranged on the same side as the air inlet, water inlet and hydrogen outlet passing plate, and the back pressure valve integrates a water outlet temperature sensor and an electronic three-way valve. According to the arrangement mode, the system weight is reduced; the length, width and height of the hydrogen fuel cell system are reduced; and the difficulty of later maintenance and repair is reduced, so that the system is wider in application scene and carrying vehicles, and is more suitable for batch production.

    本发明公开了一种大功率集成式车用燃料电池系统,涉及燃料电池系统技术领域;包括:壳体,所述壳体内侧安装有电堆组件,壳体上设置有多个固定支架,壳体上设置有壳体排气口;空进水进氢出过板块,所述空进水进氢出过板块设置于电堆组件一侧,空进水进氢出过板块集成了空进温度传感器、水出温压传感器,省去与电堆组件相连的管路;氢进水进空出过板块,所述背压阀设置于与空进水进氢出过板块相同一侧,背压阀集成了水出温度传感器、电子三通阀。本发明的布置方式减轻了系统重量;缩减了氢燃料电池系统的长度、宽度和高度;减少后期保养维修的难度,使得此套系统的适用场景以及搭载车辆更广,更适合批量生产。
