The invention discloses a traffic volume prediction method under an adverse weather condition, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a three-dimensional data set based on original traffic volume data and original weather data; training a preset neural network model based on the three-dimensional data set to obtain a traffic volume prediction model under adverse weather conditions; wherein the preset neural network model comprises a convolutional neural network module used for extracting spatial features of the traffic volume data and learning correlation features between the traffic volume data and the weather factor data; the bidirectional long-short-term memory neural network module is used for acquiring time characteristics of the traffic volume data; the attention mechanism module is used for capturing time-space non-uniformity of output features of the first two modules, so that the model pays more attention to key features beneficial to prediction precision in the training process; and predicting the traffic volume under adverse weather conditions by using the traffic volume prediction model. The method has better prediction precision under adverse weather conditions.

    本发明公开了一种不利天气条件下的交通量预测方法,包括:基于原始交通量数据和原始天气数据,构建三维数据集;基于所述三维数据集对预设神经网络模型进行训练,获取不利天气条件下的交通量预测模型;其中,所述预设神经网络模型包括:卷积神经网络模块用于提取交通量数据的空间特征,并学习交通量数据与各天气因素数据之间的相关性特征;双向长短时记忆神经网络模块用于获取交通量数据的时间特征;注意力机制模块用于捕捉前两个模块输出特征的时‑空不均匀性,使模型在训练过程中更加关注有益于预测精度的关键特征;利用所述交通量预测模型,进行不利天气条件下交通量的预测。本发明在不利天气条件下具有更优的预测精度。
