The invention relates to a miniature turboshaft engine and rotor combined testing device. The device comprises a transmission assembly, a variable pitch assembly, a force measuring assembly and a reference plate. The micro turboshaft engine is horizontally fixed in the fixed casing through the transmission assembly, and an output shaft of the turboshaft engine is connected with the rotor wing through the rigid coupling, the rotating speed and torque detector, the synchronizing wheel set, the electromagnetic clutch and the right-angle steering box. The variable pitch assembly uses a stepping motor to adjust the rotor pitch angle, and the rotor pitch angle is measured through a laser distance measuring sensor. The force measuring assembly uses a pressure sensor to measure the pressure and calculate the rotor torque, and the rotor lift force is measured through a tension and pressure sensor. The datum plate is the installation datum of the device. The device can be used for carrying out engine input and output characteristic, rotor wing working characteristic and engine rotor wing combined control research. The device is firm in overall structure, convenient to install and stable and reliable in work.

    本发明涉及一种微型涡轴发动机和旋翼联合测试装置。该装置包括传动组件、变桨距组件、测力组件和基准板。传动组件将微型涡轴发动机水平固定在固定机匣中,通过刚性联轴器、转速扭矩检测仪、同步轮组、电磁离合器、直角转向箱将涡轴发动机输出轴与旋翼相连接。变桨距组件使用步进电机调节旋翼桨距角,通过激光测距传感器测量旋翼桨距角。测力组件使用压力传感器测量压力并计算得到旋翼扭矩,通过拉压力传感器测量旋翼升力。基准板为本装置的安装基准。本装置可以用于开展发动机输入输出特性、旋翼工作特性、发动机旋翼联合控制研究。本装置整体结构牢固,安装方便,工作稳定可靠。
