The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, in particular to a crane safety identification method, device and system and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring point cloud data and the position of a lifting hook of the crane; building a lifting object detection area based on the position of the lifting hook, wherein the lifting object detection area is located in a preset direction of the lifting hook; carrying out clustering segmentation on the point cloud data in the hoisting and carrying object detection area to obtain a plurality of independent external envelope bodies; determining the size of the hanging object according to the position of each vertex of each independent external enveloping body; and carrying out safety identification on the crane based on the size of the hoisted object. According to the method, the size of the hoisted object is identified, so that in the operation process of the crane, according to the size of the hoisted object, safety identification can be more accurately and effectively carried out in combination with the surrounding environment condition, the accuracy and sensitivity of safety identification are improved, and the adaptability is higher.

    本发明涉及工程机械技术领域,特别涉及一种起重机安全识别方法、装置、系统及存储介质。该方法包括:获取点云数据和起重机的吊钩的位置;基于所述吊钩的位置构建吊载物检测区域,所述吊载物检测区域位于所述吊钩的预设方位;对位于所述吊载物检测区域内的点云数据进行聚类分割,得到多个独立外接包络体;根据各个独立外接包络体的各顶点的位置,确定所述吊载物的尺寸;基于所述吊载物的尺寸,对所述起重机进行安全识别。本申请通过识别吊载物的尺寸,能够使起重机在运行的过程中,根据该吊载物的尺寸,更准确有效的结合周围环境情况进行安全识别,提升安全识别的准确性,灵敏度,适应性更强。
