The invention discloses a control method for a crane, a controller, the crane and a storage medium, the crane comprises an arm head of a suspension arm and a lifting hook connected with the arm head, and the control method comprises the steps that the first vertical distance between the arm head and the lifting hook and the second vertical distance between the arm head and the ground are determined in real time; acquiring equipment parameters of the crane; determining a target ratio of the first vertical distance to the second vertical distance according to the equipment parameters; a first target vertical distance, corresponding to the second vertical distance, between the arm head and the lifting hook is determined according to the target ratio; and the lifting hook is controlled based on the first target vertical distance, so that the difference value between the ratio of the adjusted first vertical distance to the adjusted second vertical distance and the target ratio is smaller than a preset error value. Based on the constant distance proportion, an operator does not need to select and switch different modes according to working conditions, the collision risk between the lifting hook and the arm head and the collision risk between the lifting hook and the ground are reduced, and the safety performance and the automation degree are improved.

    本申请公开了一种用于起重机的控制方法、控制器、起重机及存储介质,起重机包括吊臂的臂头和与臂头连接的吊钩,控制方法包括:实时确定臂头与吊钩之间的第一竖直距离、臂头与地面之间的第二竖直距离;获取起重机的设备参数;根据设备参数确定第一竖直距离和第二竖直距离的目标比值;根据目标比值确定与第二竖直距离对应的臂头与吊钩之间的第一目标竖直距离;基于第一目标竖直距离控制吊钩,以使调整后的第一竖直距离和第二竖直距离之间的比值与目标比值的差值小于预设误差值。基于恒定的距离比例,无需操作者根据工况进行不同模式的选择和切换工作,减少吊钩与臂头、吊钩与地面之间的碰撞风险,提升了安全性能和自动化程度。
