The invention relates to the technical field of steel rail construction, and discloses a construction device for hoisting and unloading steel rails in a manually scattered shield well, which comprises a suspension plate, an electric telescopic rod is slidably mounted on the suspension plate, a mounting seat is fixedly connected to the output end of the electric telescopic rod, a winding mechanism is arranged in the mounting seat, and open grooves are symmetrically formed in two sides of the bottom of the mounting seat. Two connecting seats are arranged below the mounting seat, clamping mechanisms are arranged in the connecting seats, stopping and supporting mechanisms are mounted on the sides, away from each other, of the two connecting seats, clamping seats are fixedly connected to the middle positions of the top ends of the connecting seats, joints are connected to the clamping seats, and one ends of the joints are connected with suspension ropes; by means of the stop supporting mechanism, the two sides of the steel rail are conveniently shielded, the steel rail is prevented from colliding with the inner wall of a shield well in the hanging process, the steel rail is protected, when the steel rail inclines, the steel rail can be supported, and then the connecting stability of the clamping mechanism and the steel rail is improved; and the safety of steel rail construction is improved.

    本发明涉及钢轨施工技术领域,公开了人工散铺盾构井吊卸钢轨施工装置,包括悬吊板,悬吊板滑动安装有电动伸缩杆,电动伸缩杆的输出端固接有安装座,安装座的内部设有收卷机构,安装座的底部两侧对称开设有开槽,安装座的下方设有两个连接座,连接座的内部均设有夹持机构,两个连接座相远离一侧安装有止挡支撑机构,连接座的顶端中间位置固接有卡座,卡座上均连接有接头,接头的一端均连接有悬吊绳;本发明通过止挡支撑机构,便于对钢轨的两侧进行遮挡,避免钢轨在悬吊的过程中与盾构井内壁出现碰撞,实现对钢轨的保护,并在钢轨倾斜时,可以实现对钢轨的支撑,进而提高了夹持机构与钢轨的连接稳定性,并提高了对钢轨施工的安全性。
