The invention relates to the technical field of marine glass curtain walls, and discloses a marine glass curtain wall lossless installation method which comprises the following steps: firstly, drawing a glass joint path of a glass curtain wall; marking a temporary stud mounting position; the temporary studs are fixed through energy storage welding; polishing a bonding area along a glass joint path; the hoisting glass is attached to the prime paint of the bonding area; then, mounting a fixing base plate and a nut to temporarily fix the glass; glass structural adhesive is filled, and the fixing base plates and the temporary studs are removed; and finally, supplementing the glass structural adhesive to the dismantling position. The energy storage welding works in a spot welding mode, the temporary stud can be reliably fixed, and the temporary stud can stably support and position the glass. The temporary studs are only fixedly connected with the surface layer of the hull outer plate, dismounting operation is convenient, a base material cannot be damaged, the water tightness of the hull and the ship building period are prevented from being affected, the water seepage and corrosion risks are reduced, stress concentration caused by punching of the hull outer plate is prevented, and the fatigue life of the hull structure is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及船用玻璃幕墙技术领域,公开了一种船用玻璃幕墙无损安装方法,其包括:先画出玻璃幕墙的玻璃接缝路径;标记出临时螺柱安装位置;通过储能焊固定临时螺柱;沿玻璃接缝路径打磨出粘结区域;吊装玻璃贴合在粘结区域的底层涂料上;然后,安装固定垫板和螺母对玻璃临时固定;填充玻璃结构胶并拆除固定垫板和临时螺柱;最后,对拆除位置补充玻璃结构胶。储能焊以点焊形式工作,能可靠地固定临时螺柱,使临时螺柱稳固地支撑定位玻璃。临时螺柱仅与船体外板的表层形成固定连接,拆除操作方便且不会对基材造成破坏,避免影响船体的水密性和船舶建造周期,降低了渗水和腐蚀风险,防止因船体外板打孔而产生应力集中,保证了船体结构的疲劳寿命。
