本发明公开了一种热成型激光拼焊一体式门环结构和加工方法,包括第一料片、第二料片、第三料片、第四料片、第五料片、第六料片;所述第一料片、第二料片、第三料片、第四料片、第五料片、第六料片依次焊接形成门环结构;门环结构经过热压成型加工对应形成A柱上、A柱下、门槛、B柱下、B柱、B柱上。通过将不同料厚的料片,相邻料片之间通过激光拼焊连接成为一个料片后,进行一体式冲压成型为一体结构。本发明能最大程度在满足车身各项性能需求,降低了车身的成本和重量,提升了整车的材料利用率,减少了工时和工装,使新能源汽车在碳排放方面表现更为优异。能满足性能的需求的同时,并优化了车辆的成本和重量。
