The invention discloses a multi-mode switching four-wheel independent driving and steering chassis structure and a control method, the chassis structure is provided with four wheels mounted on a frame and steering mechanisms independently arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the wheels, and the inner side of each wheel is provided with an independent driving mechanism and an independent braking mechanism; the independent braking mechanism is mounted on the steering knuckle and rotates along with the steering mechanism; rotation of the four wheels is controlled by the four independent steering mechanisms, the four independent driving mechanisms and the four independent braking mechanisms in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and through the control method of four-wheel independent steering, four-wheel independent driving and four-wheel independent braking, straight running, differential steering, in-situ rotation, transverse running and oblique running of the vehicle are achieved. The steering flexibility of the four-wheel independent steering chassis is effectively improved, and great significance is achieved for controllability and commercialization of the four-wheel independent steering chassis.

    本发明公开了一种多模态切换四轮独立驱动及转向的底盘结构及控制方法,其底盘结构中具有安装在车架上的四个车轮和与各车轮一一对应独立设置的转向机构,在各车轮的内侧均设置有独立驱动机构和独立制动机构,独立制动机构安装在转向节上随转向机构转动;四个车轮的转动一一对应受四个独立的转向机构、独立驱动机构和独立制动机构控制,通过四轮独立转向、四轮独立驱动和四轮独立制动的控制方法实现车辆的直线行驶、差速转向、原地自转、横向行驶和斜向行驶的模式。本发明有效提高了四轮独立转向底盘转向灵活性,对四轮独立转向底盘的可控化和商业化实现具有重要意义。
