The invention provides a redundant self-locking limiting lodging device which comprises a working load mechanism, a lodging device rack, an electro-hydraulic driving mechanism and a limiting locking mechanism, the electro-hydraulic driving mechanism and the limiting locking mechanism are both installed on the lodging device rack, and the working load mechanism is arranged at the hollow position in the lodging device rack. The electro-hydraulic driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the working load mechanism, the working load mechanism can rotate to switch a lodging collection state and an erecting working state, and the limiting locking mechanism can lock or unlock the working load mechanism. The electro-hydraulic driving mechanism drives the working load mechanism to rotate so that the working load position can be switched between the erecting working state and the lodging collection state, and locking and posture keeping of the working load mechanism at the designated position can be achieved through the limiting locking mechanism and the holding torque of the electro-hydraulic driving mechanism; and by adopting the modular structural design, the structure is compact, overhaul and maintenance are convenient, and the working efficiency can be effectively improved.
本发明提供了一种冗余自锁限位倒伏装置,包括工作载荷机构、倒伏装置机架、电液驱动机构以及限位锁紧机构,电液驱动机构、限位锁紧机构均安装在倒伏装置机架上,工作载荷机构设置在倒伏装置机架内部中空位置,电液驱动机构与工作载荷机构传动连接,工作载荷机构能够转动切换倒伏收藏状态与架设工作状态,限位锁紧机构能够锁紧或解锁工作载荷机构。本发明通过电液驱动机构驱动工作载荷机构的转动实现工作载荷位置在架设工作状态和倒伏收藏状态位置之间的切换,通过限位锁紧机构以及电液驱动机构的保持力矩可以实现工作载荷机构在指定位置的锁紧和位姿保持;通过采用模块化结构设计,结构紧凑,检修维护方便,能够有效的提高工作效率。
