The battery replacement control method comprises the steps that under the condition that a battery is installed on the electric vehicle, communication connection with a battery monitoring device installed on the battery is established; and under the condition that the number of the heartbeat packets sent by the battery monitoring device and received within the preset time is smaller than the preset number, a fault signal is generated to inform the electric vehicle to limit battery power-on. According to the battery replacement control method, an operator can judge whether the battery monitoring device is dismounted or not by installing the battery monitoring device and monitoring whether the heartbeat packets received within the preset time period are smaller than the preset number or not, and under the condition that the battery monitoring device is dismounted, a fault signal is generated, and the use of the battery is limited.
