A mounting groove is formed in the middle of the top surface of the mounting plate, an energy storage battery is mounted on the upper side of the mounting plate, a connecting assembly is fixedly mounted in the middle of the bottom of the energy storage battery, and a rotating disc, a rotating handle and a rotating rod can wind a pull rope, so that a limiting block can be pulled to slide towards the interior of a groove; and the arranged spring can slidably eject the limiting block out of the groove after the pull rope loses the pulling force on the spring, and the arranged limiting groove can limit the limiting block in the mounting groove, so that connection and disassembly of the energy storage battery and the mounting plate can be facilitated, and later replacement and maintenance of the energy storage battery and the charging pile body are facilitated.
