The invention relates to an electric drive axle semitrailer sliding braking control method which comprises the following steps: firstly, selecting whether to enter a sliding braking mode or not according to road conditions and operation of a driver, and then entering sliding braking when a brake pedal and an accelerator pedal are both in a fully-loose state; the total required braking torque capable of guaranteeing stable sliding of the vehicle based on the target vehicle speed in the sliding process is calculated and solved through fuzzy PID; according to limits of motor torque, battery SOC, vehicle speed and the like, a sliding braking mode is divided, and different mode switching threshold values are optimized through a multi-island genetic algorithm; on the premise of composite braking, the battery SOC change rates of the current gear and the adjacent high gear and low gear are judged, the gear with the large battery SOC change rate is selected for sliding braking, and therefore the regenerative braking torque provided by a motor is increased. The regenerative braking energy recycling rate of the vehicle is increased, and the power performance of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明涉及一种电驱桥半挂车下长坡滑行制动控制方法,首先根据路况以及驾驶员的操作选择是否进入滑行制动模式,再根据制动踏板以及加速踏板均处于全松状态时,车辆进入滑行制动;利用模糊PID计算求解滑行过程中能保证车辆基于目标车速稳定滑行总的需求制动转矩;根据电机转矩、电池SOC和车速等限制,对滑行制动模式进行划分,通过多岛遗传算法对不同模式切换门限值进行优化;由复合制动前提下,判断当前挡位与相邻高挡和低挡的电池SOC变化率的大小,选择电池SOC变化率较大的挡位进行滑行制动,以增加电机提供的再生制动转矩。本发明提高了车辆的再生制动能量回收利用率和提高汽车动力性能。
