According to the prefabrication method of the seabed test mining area, a ship body, an ore feeder on the ship body and a feeding pipeline system are included, the feeding pipeline system comprises a feeding pipe set, one end of the feeding pipe set is located below the water surface and used for drawing water, the other end of the feeding pipe set is connected with an underwater robot, a feeding bin is arranged on the underwater robot and communicates with the feeding pipe set, and the feeding pipe set is connected with the underwater robot. A feeder is arranged at the bottom of the feeding bin; the prefabrication method comprises the steps of setting mining area parameters; laying the underwater robot; a fluid power component and an ore feeder of a feeding pipeline system are started, seawater is injected into a feeding pipe set, then the ore from the ore feeder is mixed, and the ore is conveyed to a feeding bin through the feeding pipe set and accumulated at the bottom of the feeding bin; a feeder is started to discharge the ore in the feeding bin at a constant flow, meanwhile, the underwater robot walks according to a preset path and a preset speed, the ore is spread on the seabed to form a test mining area with the set ore abundance, and the high-quality simulation seabed test mining area is achieved.

    一种海底试验矿区的预制方法,包括船体、船体上的矿石给料器、给料管路系统,给料管路系统包括给料管组,给料管组的一端位于水面以下用于汲水,给料管组的另一端连接水下机器人,水下机器人上设置给料仓,给料仓与给料管组连通,给料仓的底部设置给料机;预制方法包括设定矿区参数;布放水下机器人;矿石输送:启动给料管路系统的流体动力部件和矿石给料器,给料管组内灌入海水后混入来自矿石给料器的矿石,矿石由给料管组输送至给料仓并囤积于给料仓的底部;制作矿区:开启给料机将给料仓中的矿石以恒定流量排出,同时水下机器人按照预定路径和预定速度行走,将矿石铺撒在海底形成设定矿石丰度的试验矿区,实现高质量模拟海底试验矿区。
