    本发明公开了一种悬索桥钢梁吊装用索塔顶过线工装及其施工方法,属于悬索桥施工牵引设备技术领域,包括第一索鞍、第二索鞍和第三索鞍,第一索鞍、第二索鞍和第三索鞍对应安装在顶部横梁上且朝向索塔从边跨到中跨方向依次均匀布置,其中第一索鞍与第三索鞍相对第二索鞍对称布置,且第二索鞍高于第一索鞍和第三索鞍,第一索鞍与第二索鞍之间和第二索鞍与第三索鞍之间均固定连接有十字交叉的加固斜撑,三个索鞍设置有牵引索过轮、承重索过轮和起重牵引索过轮。本发明吊装钢梁用的索塔顶部过线工装,将承重索、牵引索和起重牵引索集成在一个设备上,布局合理,结构更紧凑,成本更低,而且整个设备支撑稳定性更好后,避免了承重索的变形大问题。
