The invention discloses an aluminum alloy material and a preparation method thereof as well as an unmanned aerial vehicle bracket pipe, the aluminum alloy material comprises the following elements in percentage by mass: 0.5-1.0% of Mg, 5.0-6.5% of Zn, less than 0.2% of Ti, 0.05-0.25% of Zr, and the balance of Al and inevitable impurities; the method comprises the following steps: firstly, feeding 7NO3 waste aluminum through a feeding vehicle, then feeding other materials into a smelting furnace, igniting to smelt the raw materials into molten aluminum, after all solid raw materials are dissolved into the molten aluminum, overturning and pouring the molten aluminum into a standing furnace, and then refining; casting after refining; the casting molten aluminum is solidified into a solid 7NO3 casting rod; stacking the 7N03 casting rods which are solidified into a solid state into a stack, and feeding the stack into a homogenizing annealing furnace to obtain the 7N03 aluminum alloy round casting rods after homogenizing annealing; the 7N03 aluminum alloy round casting rod is conveyed to an extruding machine to be extruded into an aluminum alloy material; according to the aluminum alloy material, the preparation method of the aluminum alloy material and the unmanned aerial vehicle support pipe, a 7N03 seamless pipe is used for manufacturing a vehicle body support, the density is small, the weight is light, and the vehicle body is flexible and maneuvering, and energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种铝合金材料及其制备方法和无人机支架管,该铝合金材料的成分按质量百分数计,包括以下元素,其中,Mg 0.5‑1.0%,Zn 5.0‑6.5,Ti<0.2%,Zr 0.05‑0.25、余量为Al和不可避免的杂质;通过加料车先投入7N03废料铝,再投入其他材料的方式将上述材料投入熔炼炉,开火将原料熔炼成铝水,待所有固体原料溶解成铝水后倾翻转注进入静置炉内,接着进行精炼;精炼后进行起铸;铸造铝水凝固成固态的7N03铸棒;将凝固成固态的7N03铸棒再码成一垛进入均匀化退火炉,得到均匀化退火后的7N03铝合金圆铸棒;将7N03铝合金圆铸棒运送到挤压机挤压出铝合金材料;该铝合金材料及其制备方法和无人机支架管使用7N03无缝管去制作机身支架,密度小、质量轻,有助于实现机体灵活机动和节约能耗。
