The opening and closing brake circuit comprises a circuit breaker N1, an emergency stop contactor N2, a contactor N3, a thermal relay NF1, a thermal relay NF2, an opening and closing brake NA1 and an opening and closing brake NA2; the amplitude-variable brake circuit comprises a circuit breaker R1, an emergency stop contactor R2, a contactor R3, a thermal relay RF1, a thermal relay RF2, an amplitude-variable brake RA1 and an amplitude-variable brake RA2; and the PLC is respectively connected with the brake and the emergency stop contactor. The working state of the brake can be monitored in real time, when the brake breaks down, the emergency stop contactor is controlled to be switched off, and it is ensured that the brake can brake effectively.
