When the guide wheel rotates, the stress rod and the guide wheel are continuously controlled to be on the same axis through the annular groove, and meanwhile the control ring assembly is driven to move together, so that the steel wire rope can pass through the interior of the control ring assembly to be used, the steel wire rope is prevented from being separated from the interior of the annular groove, and the position of the steel wire rope is automatically corrected through the annular groove; the problems that according to a common anti-falling-off type lifting hook structure of the crane, after being subjected to external force, a steel wire rope is prone to falling off from the outside of a guide wheel, and use is affected are solved.

    本发明提供一种起重机防脱落式吊钩结构,涉及起重机配件领域,包括:连接组件;所述连接组件转动固定在吊钩结构的顶端,侧件与滑动块滑动连接,滑动块的外部通过圆杆焊接固定有圆环状结构的控制环组件,四个控制环组件对称设置,每个控制环组件的底端焊接固定有一个底端为球形结构的受力杆。导轮旋转的时候,通过环状凹槽持续控制受力杆与导轮保持在同一轴线上,同时带动控制环组件一起移动,使钢丝绳可以经过控制环组件的内部使用,避免钢丝绳从环状凹槽的内部脱离,借助环状凹槽自动修正钢丝绳的位置,解决了常见的起重机防脱落式吊钩结构,钢丝绳受到外力之后,容易从导轮外部脱轨,影响使用的问题。
