The control panel comprises a micro-control unit, a protection sensing unit, a communication module and a driving module. The micro-control unit is used for judging and analyzing the received signal. The protection sensing unit is electrically connected with the micro-control unit so as to sense the inclination angle state of the electric bicycle in the running process. The communication module is electrically connected with the micro-control unit so as to receive an output signal of the micro-control unit. The driving module is electrically connected with the communication module, the vehicle power supply and the inflation structure. Wherein the micro-control unit outputs a signal to drive the driving module to inflate the inflatable structure if the inclination angle reaches a specific set value after the micro-control unit receives, judges and analyzes the signal sensed by the protective sensing unit.
