The invention provides a differential steering device and a differential steering crawler tractor, the differential steering device comprises a central transmission shaft, a steering motor, a steering transmission shaft and two planetary differential mechanisms, two ends of the central transmission shaft are respectively connected with sun gears of the two planetary differential mechanisms, and planet carriers of the two planetary differential mechanisms are connected with crawler chain wheels; the steering motor is in transmission connection with the steering transmission shaft, a first gear is arranged at one end of the steering transmission shaft, a second gear is arranged at the other end of the steering transmission shaft, the first gear is in transmission connection with a gear ring of one planetary differential mechanism through an odd number of idle wheels, and the second gear is in transmission connection with a gear ring of the other planetary differential mechanism through an even number of idle wheels. According to the invention, steering can be realized by controlling the steering motor, the control force is small, and the operation is convenient; steering power and running power of the tractor are independent and do not influence each other, power loss is small, and 360-degree steering in situ can be achieved.
本发明提供了一种差速转向装置和差速转向履带拖拉机,差速转向装置包括中央传动轴、转向马达、转向传动轴、两件行星差速器,所述中央传动轴的两端分别连接两件行星差速器的太阳轮,所述两件行星差速器的行星架连接有履带链轮;所述转向马达与转向传动轴传动联接,转向传动轴的一端设有第一齿轮,另一端设有第二齿轮,第一齿轮与其中一个行星差速器的齿圈通过奇数个惰轮传动联接,第二齿轮与另一个行星差速器的齿圈通过偶数个惰轮传动联接。采用本发明,控制转向马达即可实现转向,操纵力小,操作方便;转向动力与拖拉机行驶动力独立且互不影响,动力损失小,可实现原地360°转向。
