Compared with the prior art, the freezing condition of the steering engine is detected through a special mode of identifying the rotating speed of the rotor of the power-assisted motor and the effective torque by software, freezing is eliminated by applying the icebreaking vibration torque, the problems of belt freezing slipping and transmission clamping stagnation are solved, and it is guaranteed that power is normally transmitted to the ball screw from the motor; and the steering control uncontrollable risk caused by freezing is reduced. And meanwhile, a steering engine fault signal is sent to a driver, so that timely maintenance is facilitated.
