The invention provides an FSAE racing car tire dynamic load monitoring and early warning system. The system comprises a sensor module, a data resolving module, a data application module and a data interaction module. The sensor module is used for collecting pressure of a driver on a vehicle after the driver gets on the vehicle and various parameters in the vehicle driving process. And data measured by the pressure sensor is used for resolving the supporting force of the driver. And data measured by the rocker arm rotation angle sensor and the attitude sensor are used for solving suspension force and motion. And data measured by the laser distance measuring sensor and the tire pressure sensor are used for resolving the tire state. The data application module comprises a main controller and a suspension adaptive adjustment, dynamic monitoring and early warning module. The main controller controls self-adaptive adjustment of the suspension and work of the dynamic monitoring and early warning module through data resolved by the data resolving module, and it is ensured that the vehicle performance is optimal in the driving process. The data interaction module comprises an instrument panel display module, a local storage module, a vehicle-mounted communication module and a cloud server monitoring module. The instrument display module is used for a driver to grasp the vehicle driving state and perform real-time control; and the local storage module, the vehicle-mounted communication module and the cloud server monitoring module are used for storing various data in the driving process. The system has the advantages of self-adaptive adjustment of the pre-tightening force of the shock-proof spring, dynamic monitoring and early warning of the tire state, cloud real-time monitoring, simple system structure, convenience in installation, lighter weight, smaller wind resistance and the like.
