The embodiment of the invention relates to the field of vehicles, and discloses a vehicle safety control method, system and device and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the vehicle running speed and the tire pressure change rate of tires are obtained; according to the tire pressure change rate and/or the running speed, safety control is conducted on the vehicle, specifically, when the tire pressure change rate is larger than a first change rate threshold value and the running speed is larger than a first speed threshold value, an air bag trigger signal, a first direction control signal and a first speed control signal are generated; according to the airbag triggering signal, an airbag assembly is triggered to be opened, and a tire is supported; and according to the first direction control signal and the first speed control signal, the driving direction and the driving speed of the vehicle are controlled. According to the embodiment of the invention, when the sudden drop of the air pressure of the tire is monitored, the air bag controller can start the gas generator to bounce the air bags arranged on the periphery of the wheel to support the tire so as to prevent the rollover condition of the vehicle.
