The invention discloses a brake stroke simulator, a brake assembly with the same and a vehicle. The brake stroke simulator comprises a piston, wherein the piston comprises a piston body and a guide column; the first elastic piece is arranged on the guide column in a sleeving manner; the second elastic assembly comprises a simulator shell, a second elastic piece and an adjusting piece, a mounting cavity is formed in the simulator shell, the second elastic piece and the adjusting piece are arranged in the mounting cavity, the piston is suitable for extruding the first elastic piece when moving towards the second elastic assembly, and the first elastic piece further extrudes the adjusting piece and the second elastic piece; the piston can move to the end of the guide column to be attached to the adjusting piece. According to the brake stroke simulator disclosed by the invention, the maximum compression amount of the first elastic piece is determined by the length of the guide post, so that the inflection point of a force value curve of the brake stroke simulator can be better controlled, and the consistency of pedal feelings provided by different brake stroke simulators is better.
