The embodiment of the invention discloses a battery replacing method and a battery replacing state judgment strategy of an electric vehicle, and the battery replacing method of the electric vehicle comprises the steps that a battery replacing switch sensor is installed at a vehicle battery replacing mechanism, and the battery replacing switch sensor can transmit a signal to a VCU; when the battery replacing station RGV is in contact with the vehicle battery replacing mechanism, the battery replacing switch sensor transmits a signal to the VCU, the electric vehicle performs high-voltage power-off and the BMS performs low-voltage power-off, and the battery replacing station RGV takes down the power battery; the charging station RGV and the vehicle charging mechanism are released from contact and return to the charging station, and the power battery is replaced; the battery swap station RGV makes contact with the vehicle battery swap mechanism and loads the power battery into the electric vehicle, and after the contact between the battery swap station RGV and the vehicle battery swap mechanism is removed, BMS low-voltage power-on and high-voltage power-on are conducted on the electric vehicle. According to the battery replacing method and the battery replacing state judgment strategy of the electric vehicle, the battery replacing switch sensor is adopted to replace vehicle-mounted communication equipment, the material cost of the whole vehicle is reduced, and the battery replacing stability in the severe environment is improved.

    本发明实施方式公开了一种电动汽车的换电方法及换电状态判断策略,所述电动汽车的换电方法包括:在车辆换电机构处安装换电开关传感器,该换电开关传感器能够将信号传递至VCU;换电站RGV与车辆换电机构接触,换电开关传感器传输信号给VCU,电动汽车进行高压下电和BMS低压下电,换电站RGV将动力电池取下;换电站RGV与车辆换电机构解除接触并返回换电站,更换动力电池;换电站RGV与车辆换电机构接触并将动力电池装入电动汽车,换电站RGV与车辆换电机构解除接触后电动汽车进行BMS低压上电和高压上电。本发明实施方式中的电动汽车的换电方法及换电状态判断策略,采用换电开关传感器替代车载通讯设备,降低了整车的物料成本,提高了恶劣环境下换电的稳定性。
