The invention relates to a push button, in particular a spring-loaded or spring-biased push or push button, which is suitable for a vehicle component. The push button includes a body portion including a proximal end accessible by a user and a distal end including a resilient member. A resilient member is operably coupled to the distal end of the body portion and arranged to engage a contact element of the structure. A push button is operably mounted to the structure and is movable in a first direction from a first position in which the push button locks the adjustable component to the structure to a second position in which the adjustable component is unlocked from the structure. The elastic component is configured to provide a biasing force back towards the first position when the push button moves towards the second position.
