The invention relates to the technical field of heat dissipation, in particular to a charging pile cluster centralized heat dissipation cooling system which comprises a first heat dissipation loop, a second heat dissipation loop and a heat exchanger. The first heat dissipation loop comprises a plurality of charging piles, a working medium, a working medium liquid pipe, a heat exchanger and a working medium gas pipe, at least one heat pipe evaporator is arranged in each charging pile, each charging pile comprises an upper interface and a lower interface, and the upper interface is higher than the charging pile and is connected with the working medium gas pipe. A first heat dissipation loop formed by the upper connector, the heat pipe evaporator, the working medium air pipe, the heat exchanger, the working medium liquid pipe and the lower connector forms refrigeration circulation through the thermosyphon principle and the height difference between the heat exchanger and the heat pipe evaporator, and heat absorption and heat release are achieved through phase change of a working medium. Heat is quickly transferred to the heat exchanger from the charging pile, especially the charging module and the charging wire gun, a pump or a supercharger is not adopted, heat dissipation energy expenditure is reduced, efficiency is improved, and meanwhile cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及散热技术领域,具体涉及一种充电桩群集中散热冷却系统,包括第一散热回路、第二散热回路和换热器;所述第一散热回路包括多台充电桩、工质、工质液管、换热器和工质气管,每台充电桩内部至少含有一个热管蒸发器,每台所述充电桩均含有上接口和下接口,所述上接口高于充电桩与工质气管连接。本发明中上接口、热管蒸发器、工质气管、换热器、工质液管和下接口形成的第一散热回路,利用“热虹吸原理”和换热器与热管蒸发器之间的高度差形成制冷循环,利用工质的相变吸热和放热,快速实现热量从充电桩特别是充电模块和充电线枪转移到换热器且无采用泵或增压器,减少散热能量开销,提高效率的同时减低成本。
