The invention discloses a battery replacement mechanism and an electric vehicle. The battery replacement mechanism comprises a lifting module arranged on a vehicle body and used for lifting or lowering a battery pack; and the plurality of clamping modules are arranged on the vehicle body and used for fixing the battery pack. According to the invention, rapid and autonomous battery replacement can be realized without relying on external equipment, so that the time for supplementing energy is shortened, and the use efficiency is improved especially for an engineering vehicle needing long-time continuous operation.
