The invention provides a traction frame buffer mechanism which comprises a lock hook, a connecting frame and a traction frame, the lock hook and the connecting frame are hinged through a main pin, the connecting frame comprises a lug plate hinged to the lock hook and a first limiting plate, a guide shaft penetrates through the first limiting plate and the traction frame, and the guide shaft and the first limiting plate are fixed into a whole. A limiting assembly installed on the outer side of the traction frame is arranged at the end, away from the connecting frame, of the guiding shaft, the guiding shaft is sleeved with a buffering assembly arranged in the traction frame, and the two ends of the buffering assembly penetrate through the traction frame and extend outwards to make contact with the first limiting plate and the limiting assembly. The device has the beneficial effects that the buffering assembly arranged on the outer side of the guide shaft in a sleeving mode is used for buffering, and axial movement of the guide shaft is effectively limited through the first limiting plate on the connecting frame and the limiting assembly arranged at the other end of the guide shaft when the buffering assembly is used for buffering; the phenomenon that the guide shaft is dislocated due to the fact that traction force/traction resistance is too large when the mechanism is started or stopped or under complex road conditions is avoided.

    本发明提供了一种牵引架缓冲机构,包括锁钩、连接架和牵引架,锁钩和连接架通过主销相互铰接,连接架包括与锁钩铰接的耳板和第一限位板,贯穿第一限位板和牵引架设置有导向轴,导向轴与第一限位板固定为一体,导向轴远离连接架一端设置有安装在牵引架外侧的限位组件,导向轴外侧套装有设置于牵引架内的缓冲组件,缓冲组件两端分别贯穿牵引架向外延伸与第一限位板和限位组件接触。有益效果:本发明通过套装在导向轴外侧的缓冲组件进行缓冲,并通过连接架上的第一限位板和设置在导向轴另一端的限位组件在缓冲组件进行缓冲时,有效限制导向轴的轴向移动,避免机构在启停或复杂路况下由于牵引力/牵引阻力过大,导致的导向轴脱位现象。
