The invention discloses an ETC traffic volume prediction method based on an LSTM-SVR combined model. The ETC traffic volume prediction method mainly comprises the steps of obtaining ETC door frame passing record original data; eTC traffic data is preprocessed into a traffic volume data set; constructing an LSTM model, and inputting the traffic volume data set into the LSTM model for training; and the combined SVR model is connected in series, training is carried out based on the residual error sequence after LSTM training, and a real prediction value is substituted to obtain a corresponding residual error value, so that a traffic volume prediction result of the combined prediction model is obtained. Compared with an existing traffic volume prediction model, the ETC traffic volume prediction method based on the reliable data source of the ETC traffic record and the series combination model has higher prediction capability under different time granularities in the aspect of the short-time traffic field.

    本发明公开了一种基于LSTM‑SVR组合模型的ETC交通量预测方法,主要包括:获取ETC门架通行记录原始数据;ETC通行数据预处理为交通量数据集;构建LSTM模型,将所述交通量数据集输入LSTM模型进行训练;串联组合SVR模型,基于LSTM训练后的残差序列进行训练,并代入真实预测值得到对应的残差值,从而得到组合预测模型的交通量预测结果。本发明基于ETC通行记录的可靠数据源以及串联组合模型,与现有的交通量预测模型相比,在短时交通领域方面,不同时间粒度下具备更强的预测能力。
